Ana E. Gasca brings a wealth of experience in social services, education, and the hospitality industry. Raised in Chicago with proud Mexican roots, she carries a deep understanding of the struggles and strength within the city’s Hispanic community. At Survivors Know, Ana organizes to challenge exploitation, dismantle systemic injustices, and build collective power among immigrant and hospitality workers. Through trauma-informed advocacy and solidarity-driven action, she is committed to transforming workplaces into spaces of dignity, safety, and equity. Outside of SK Ana, creates art, through photography, and Illustrations.
